Return Policy
Please be advised: All 'On Sale' items sales are final. No returns or exchanges.
Please email info@osirisshoes.com to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization Number. No returns will be accepted without this number. RMA’s will remain open for 21 days once issued. After 21 days, if we have not received the return, the RMA will be cancelled and a new RMA will need to be issued.
Customers are responsible for the shipping cost for all returned merchandise.
After receiving your RMA number please write that number on the outside of the shipping carton used to ship the item back to Osiris. The shoebox cannot be written on and must be placed in another carton for shipping to avoid damage to the shoebox.
All returns are subject to inspection before credit will be issued. Any non-defective/damaged merchandise must be returned in a resalable condition or it will be returned to the customer and no credit will be issued.

At this time, we only process returns and do not offer exchanges. If you desire to make an exchange, please return your merchandise and place a new order at your convenience.
The credit card used in the original transaction will be credited for the return amount. Once your return is received by Osiris, it may take up to 14 business days for us to process the return and 2-3 billing cycles to be reflected on your billing statement.

Warranty Policy
MEIOS Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that this product is free from defects in material and workmanship for 30 days from the original date of purchase. This warranty applies when the product is used under normal conditions for the purpose for which the product is designed, and does not apply to normal wear and tear or damage related to alteration, accident, misuse, improper care, or negligence. If MEIOS Inc. determines that there is a covered defect, the product will be replaced, at MEIOS Inc.’ option, with the same or similar product. In no event shall MEIOS Inc. be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you special legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from State to State.
