-How long will my order take to ship?

All orders ship within 3-5 business days from the time that the order is placed

-Can I adjust my order? (Style/Size/Colorway/Address)

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day of being placed. 

After the order has been processed, it is no longer able to be altered.

If the order has not yet been processed, you may change your size, colorway, or style of shoe in your order. (Subject to availability)

-Can I make an exchange for a different size/colorway?

At this time, we only process returns and do not offer exchanges.

If you desire to make an exchange, return your merchandise and place a new order at your convenience.

Please request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by emailing info@osirishoes.com and providing your order number.

-Do you ship internationally?

We do not offer international shipping at this time, we hope to again soon. You can try sites like Zumiez, Zappos, or Amazon that do offer international shipping.

-My order was canceled, or an item I purchased in my order was canceled. Why?

At times select items sell out quickly, if an item you ordered was canceled it is because we sold out, you will not be charged for items canceled from your order.

-Can I have some free stickers?

Due to the overwhelming response we’ve gotten, we are no longer able to send free stickers. Sorry.
